Cover for litter bin
The cover plate makes it possible to (temporarily) close litter bins. The cover plate is easy to apply in the waste bin. This closes off the insertion opening of the waste bin. This makes it impossible to throw e.g. fireworks into the bin. Because the cover plate is fixed to the inside of the bin, it is also impossible for a vandal to remove the fireworks cover plate.
