The floating bench
The Plane II is characterized by the same robustness as the Plane, but with a softer look. The softer look is achieved by rounding the corners of the wood. In addition, the base consists of only a single leg. This makes the bench seem to float. This creates a quiet and modern look.
Materials
The Plane II double seat is produced from steel and wood. The steel is hot-dip galvanized and two-layer powder coated in a RAL color of choice. This ensures that the bench, like our other products, will last a long time in public spaces. The seat is made of untreated hardwood. The wood is 100% sourced from FSC certified forests. This means that the wood has been harvested sustainably and responsibly.
