Installation of Notaris Sun Loungers in Lage Bergse Bos
In Lage Bergse Bos, a popular recreational area between Rotterdam and Bergschenhoek, 31 Notaris sun loungers and 1 Notaris Duo sun lounger have been installed. This addition enhances the quality and experience of the forest for visitors, who enjoy the mix of woodland, open meadows, and water features.
Lage Bergse Bos, a recreational area from the 1970s, has recently undergone a quality upgrade. Due to the construction of the A16 highway and ash tree disease, many trees were cut down, leaving parts of the forest bare. To make the forest future-proof, cycling and walking paths, as well as parking areas, have been redesigned. Cleared areas have been replanted with a sustainable mix of tree species, making the forest stronger and more resilient to diseases and climate change. The recreational facilities have been tailored to fit the landscape and the needs of various user groups.
