Reconstructie Oude Provincialeweg – Hapert (gemeente Bladel)
History meets comfort
During the reconstruction of Oude Provincialeweg, attention was paid to both the functionality and the experience of the public space. Along the street, Plane Plus (single-seat) benches, Plane picnic sets, Constructo 65 trash bins, and Square double bike racks were installed. The historic railway track has been subtly reintroduced into the public space, with an image of a steam train in the gutters and on the backrests of the benches, making the railway’s past visible in a contemporary way.
