Graceful slatted benches beautify the renovated City Park in Kerkrade
The Stadspark in Kerkrade required a thorough renovation. Commissioned by the municipality of Kerkrade, Bureau B+B made the design for the new City Park. Grijsen supplied the furniture for this new park.

Round Laths
The chosen furniture for the City Park in Kerkrade is from the Round Laths series of Grijsen. This series is inspired by the traditional slatted bench of yesteryear. This has been translated into an elegant, dashing sofa with natural, round forms. This fits perfectly with the nostalgic character of the city park. Benches, chairs, picnic sets, and sunbeds have been placed in the city park. This offers the users the possibility to relax in various ways.
The furniture is designed in such a way that it is ergonomically sound for everyone. The seat height is in line with the regulations and comfort has also been thought of. The flowing seat makes the furniture very comfortable. Enough reasons to visit the Kerkrade City Park.
