Beautiful standard and custom made benches on the boulevard of Noordwijk
The seaside resort of Noordwijk attracts many tourists from home and abroad every year. These tourists come here for the beautiful beach and the endless views of the magnificent North Sea. It is particularly busy during warm weather. To ensure a clean and pleasant stay, Grijsen has produced and delivered various seating elements in addition to litter bins for the municipality of Noordwijk.

To ensure that all tourists have a pleasant stay, several benches from the Plane II series have been placed. In the center of Noordwijk Plane II single seat with backrest have been placed. These benches have been provided with a special coating to protect the wood. On the boulevard and in the dunes the larger Plane II Duo Comfort benches have been chosen, to accommodate more people. The benches that have been placed provide a nice view of the sea. The reactions on the benches are very positive: "A nice type of bench where you can sit comfortably".

150 years of Noordwijk seaside resort!
The benches on the boulevard are an addition to the golf benches placed in 2016. The golf bench is a bespoke project to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Noordwijk seaside resort. As the name suggests, this bench is inspired by the sea and emphasizes the natural character of Noordwijk. The benches have since become a characteristic part of the boulevard. Grijsen has been responsible for the design, production, and installation. We also provide maintenance. Logically, after almost 3 years, the benches still look very nice.
