The Quadrat II series consists of various waste bins designed for public spaces. Made from high-quality, durable materials, they offer a long lifespan with minimal maintenance. Their minimalist design is highly versatile and can be customized in both color and materials to seamlessly integrate with the surroundings.
You can choose between a plastic bag holder, stainless steel inner bin, or wheeled container. Each model is built with a circular design philosophy, making repair and reuse simple and sustainable.
Multiple Variants – Always a Perfect Fit
The Quadrat II series offers a wide range of configurations and finishes to ensure each bin fits seamlessly into its surroundings. You can adapt both material and color to create the desired look.
High-quality materials
All Quadrat II models are made from high-quality materials, The coloured versions are made of SS304 stainless steel, giving them a sleek, modern design and excellent durability. A brushed SS316 stainless steel hood upgrade is available for a more premium finish. Besides the coloured version of the body, also a version in cortensteel is available.
Choose a suitable look
The following combinations are possible:
- Body and hood (both coloured)
- Coloured body with polished stainless steel 316 hood
- Corten steel body with coloured hood
- Corten steel body with polished stainless steel 316 hood
All coloured parts are finished with two layers of powder coating with a layer thickness of 120 μm. Many colours are available, both in RAL and AKZO coatings.
Integrated ashtray prevents litter
Every 70L model is available with an ashtray integrated into the hood.
This makes the Quadrat II Series a stylish and functional addition to your public space.
Choose the right size for the location
Depending on the location, waste volume, and emptying frequency, you can choose from 70L or 140L capacities. This makes the Quadrat II series highly flexible — from busy shopping streets to quiet parks.
If your municipality promotes waste separation, the series can be equipped with modular adapters, allowing bins to be linked as duo or trio setups for 2 or even 3 separate waste streams. This helps support your sustainability goals and increases efficiency in public waste management.
User-friendly for daily maintenance
Designed with daily operations in mind, the Quadrat II bins are easy to open and close. Each model features a triangular lock mechanism, operable with a standard key. The door self-closes securely — no key needed.
You can choose the best inner solution for your maintenance team:
- Quadrat 72 and Quadrat Eco 72: plastic bag holder or stainless steel inner bin
- Quadrat 142: waste is collected in a larger internal wheelie bin (roll container), ideal for high-traffic areas
These options reduce service time and simplify maintenance.
Successor to Quadrat 70 / Eco 70 / Quadrat Duo
Evolved design, trusted quality.
The Quadrat II series is the modern successor to the well-known Quadrat 70, Quadrat Eco 70, and Quadrat Duo models — previously nominated for the Dutch Design Awards.
With Quadrat II, the design has been significantly improved. One key update: the doors are now flush with the housing instead of wrapped around the corners. This change:
- Reduces the risk of bending or damage
- Allows bins to be placed tightly side-by-side
